Read the literature regarding how `` Ìmpartial`` is actually hiding what happened, avoiding assigning responsibility and does enable criminal activity, and the successful retention of stolen property. If an asset is not yours because you earned it or were willingly given or bequeathed it you cannot find a way to seize it without that act being a criminal act.
